Tradition, Passion and Professionalism characterize
BOTTICELLA , a winery founded in 1980 in Western Sicily, which today extends over 40 hectares of vineyards scattered across the Trapani area.
Since the dawn of its journey, BOTTICELLA has focused on expansion and renewal , adapting to the times and market demands, maintaining unchanged its attention to quality , and above all to the customer.
The philosophy which animates our manufacturing processes focuses on the optimization of the different phases of the cycle: from the procurement of the raw material, with careful manual selection of the bunches already in the harvesting phase, to the manufacturing processes, from treatment and fermentation to bottling, from storage to transportation.

We produce wines of important organoleptic consistency that reflect our winemaking heritage and enhance its different varieties.
Choosing the right time for the harvest, the careful selection and subsequent "hand" harvesting of the grapes were the fundamental steps that allowed us to produce the wines we are proud of.
The decisive "turning point" in the direction of ORGANIC with the relative modernization of the systems, the careful selection of the best vines, the notable reduction in production yields, have allowed the achievement of important objectives in terms of valorisation and improvement of the quality of our product.
